Delivery and Shipping
Please note that at the moment, you can only buy goods for UK delivery on this website. Please contact us directly for non UK delivery and we will get back to you with the best possible delivery option we can find.

For the majority of items, we have a flat delivery charge for all UK addresses of £2.80 for orders up to £29.99. For orders of £30 and more the delivery charge is £5.99.
Exceptions to this are for very heavy items, such as mirrors, which have an individual post and packaging cost of £10 each.

We use Royal Mail or reputable courier companies in order to keep our delivery charges as competitive as possible.

We aim to despatch orders within 2-3 working days. If you do not receive your order within 5-7 working days of being notified of despatch, please send us an email to or call 01308 862230 to inform us.

We accept cheques in £ sterling and from UK based bank account. Purchases paid by cheque should be sent to: Saffran Maroc, Coombe Down, Beaminster, Dorset, DT8 3LZ.

Goods paid for by cheque will be despatched only after the cheque has cleared in full. Therefore it might take an extra 5-7 working days before we can process your order.

We hope that you will be completely satisfied with the products you purchase from Saffran Maroc, however if you receive an order that is either damaged, or you are not totally satisfied with one or more items, you may return it.

You can return your purchase providing it is still intact and in its original packaging as delivered, to:

You should inform us as soon as possible of your intentions and no later than 7 days of receipt of goods and return goods in their original condition within 14 days for a full refund or replacement. Please ensure you provide us with your email address, postal address and the amount paid for the returned goods.

Before returning any goods, please call our team on 01308 862230 or email us to explain the reason for return. We will suggest the best way to return any goods. When posting the goods please send them Recorded Delivery and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. The cost of returning goods is the customer's responsibility. Items should be returned still intact, in the same packaging as dispatched. Every care should be taken so that items are returned in good conditions to us, as otherwise this might affect your claim.

Exchanges and Replacements
We aim to send products so they arrive with you in perfect condition. Should any of your purchases arrive damaged or broken we will endeavour to replace it provided you advise us within 7 days of receipt. Please email us pictures of the item/s and packaging to help us identify what caused the damage.

Please call our team on 01308 862230 or email and we will advise as to whether the damaged item should be returned to us. If we require the damaged item to be returned, we will reimburse the return postage costs.
We will organise a replacement (subject to stock availability), an alternative item of the same value (subject to your approval) or a full refund.
